Helping women heal the emotional, physical, and financial impact of maternal narcissistic abuse—so they can build lives rooted in peace, success, and self-trust.

You are intelligent, capable, and driven. You have likely already achieved a meaningful level of external success.

And yet, something still feels out of alignment.

You may find yourself oscillating between over-functioning to prove your worth, and withdrawing or playing small when visibility feels unsafe.

You’ve read the books. You’ve done the therapy. You’ve applied the strategies.

And still, the same internal patterns persist.

Not because you lack discipline or insight…but because the deeper imprint of early relational dynamics has not yet been fully resolved.

And life, as it is now, feels like it is moving forward… without fully including you.

i see you…

Not just the version of you that functions well on the outside, but the one carrying the weight underneath it.

The exhaustion of holding it all together. The sense that you are capable of more, yet something invisible keeps getting in the way.

The frustration of doing “all the right things” and still finding yourself in the same repeating patterns.

I know this feeling intimately.

I was raised by a narcissistic borderline mother, and later found myself in a marriage that mirrored those same dynamics. When that union ended in 2009, it marked the beginning of my walk away from self-abandonment and into the deep process of self-inquiry and understanding the early events that shaped my life.

What I came to know over time is that what looked like inconsistency, over-functioning, or self-sabotage was something deeper: the results of complex trauma and my mother’s conditioning.

Since then, I’ve spent over a decade studying dysfunctional family systems, complex PTSD, and the long-term effects of maternal narcissistic abuse on identity, nervous system regulation, and achievement.

And perhaps most importantly, I’ve learned what it takes to rebuild an internal sense of safety—through self-parenting, self-compassion, and inner child repair that goes beyond knowledge alone.

Today, I’ve supported over 20,000 women through my coaching, courses, books, and live events. I’ve reached millions more as a speaker with appearances across television, radio, and top 1% podcasts including Adult Child, The Love Fix, WFLA Bloom TV, Warm 106.9, and others.

This work is about what happens beneath the surface.

Not mind over matter. Not temporary fixes. Not more strategy.

But the gradual unwinding of what was once necessary for survival…and is no longer aligned with the life you are trying to build.

the 4R healing method:

The framework I use is designed to support deep, lasting change. Not just understanding, but internal realignment in a very short time.

It brings together awareness, regulation, self-compassion, and re-patterning at the level where change actually sticks.
